MantisNLP is a specialized AI consultancy focused on Natural Language Processing. The objective was to redesign and rebuild their website using a static, scalable architecture while preserving the brand identity and introducing a flexible system for long-term growth.
StaticMania partnered with the MantisNLP team to design a cohesive visual system and develop a high-performance website that balances technical credibility with a distinctive, minimal aesthetic.
The project included dark mode, a reusable design system, Medium blog integration, and privacy-focused analytics so content and product pages could grow without heavy engineering overhead.
The Challenge
Client Objectives
Refresh the website while maintaining MantisNLP's existing brand feel.
Build a JamStack-style architecture for scalability and speed.
Create a reusable design system to support future growth.
Simplify content publishing, especially blog management.
User-privacy friendly analytics instead of traditional tracking tools.
Core Challenges
Translating a tutor-inspired, minimal visual direction into a modern, professional UI.
Designing a system flexible enough to evolve with consulting offerings.
Reducing friction in blog publishing and content updates.
Aligning design, development, and analytics within a tight timeframe.
My Solution
I developed a fast, scalable website using Hugo for excellent performance and a lightweight footprint. I implemented the design system in code for visual consistency across pages, integrated the Medium API so blogs published on Medium are automatically mirrored on the site, and set up a markdown-based content workflow. I also implemented privacy-focused analytics to support insights without compromising user trust.
Client Feedback
“StaticMania successfully redesigned our website and fully integrated a design system. We are pleased with the results and the professionalism of their work.”
